Tacombi at Fonda Nolita

10:00 AM

A couple of friends and I recently went to Tacombi at Fonda Nolita. We drank their delicious horchata, ate their even more delicious tacos, and laughed and chatted over bottles of delicious hot sauce. If you're ever in New York you absolutely check this place out. In a neighborhood of tiny caf├Ęs and short-ceilinged eateries, this place boasts a large plot of space to fit lots of tables and...a VW wagon inside! It makes sense why the restaurant company opened another delicious Mexican foodery up in the Flatiron district called Cafe Presidente where the trend for restaurants in that area is to have sky-high interiors held up by pillars.

Julia flew in from LA to visit friends and we all met up for a bite on Oralia's lunch break.

Cotija and maiz love.

Three different hot sauces mmm.

Long live delicious tacos!
